The Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) provides healthy foods to pregnant and post-partum women, infants and children under the age of five. WIC families receive monthly checks to use at local grocery stores. With the checks, you can buy healthy foods. WIC staff take care of the application paperwork for you and you receive your WIC checks that day. Call the local WIC office to schedule your appointment.
