Washington Vaccine Update

 

Register today to attend the Washington Vaccine Update on October 27, 2017,
8:30 am – 5:00 pm, at the Westin in downtown Seattle.

 

EVENT OVERVIEW:
The Washington Vaccine Update will be a clinically focused event. Topics may include recent outbreaks in Washington State, what’s new in immunizations, strategies for communicating with vaccine hesitant parents, and more.

The Washington Vaccine Update will be held on October 27, 2017 at the Westin Seattle and will include complimentary
breakfast, lunch, snacks, and a hosted afternoon reception from 4:00pm – 5:00pm.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
Nurses, physicians, pharmacists, health educators, public health staff, medical assistants, and other health professionals who work with immunizations.Registration fees will cover continuing education credits, breakfast, snacks, lunch, and a hosted afternoon reception.

The Washington Vaccine Update is hosted by WithinReach and the Immunization Action Coalition of Washington in partnership with the Washington State Department of Health and generously supported by the Group Health Foundation.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:
Online registration is $100 per person and will be accepted through 5pm (PST) October 13, 2017 or until we sell out. After that date, if the conference is not sold out, on-site registration will be available for $150. Registration fees will cover continuing education credits, breakfast, snacks, lunch, and a hosted afternoon reception.

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION:
We are unable to offer scholarship funds for the Washington Vaccine Update at this time. 

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will be issued at 75% of your registration fee until Friday, September 29, 2017. After that time, no refunds will
be allowed. Substitutions may be allowed.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS:
WithinReach is partnering with Cardea Services to offer continuing education credits for a variety of healthcare professionals including medical providers. More information to come. We will have printed certificates of completion for those needing them for submission to a professional body (CHES, MCHES, MA, etc.).
